Vegan Chocolate Orange Pots

This is a delicious rich recipe. Using the orange naturally sweetens this recipe without the need for syrups. Increase the protein by adding a spoonful of chocolate vegan protein powder as well as the cocoa powder.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 2 minutes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon almond milk
100g sugar free dairy free plain chocolate melted
1tbsp cocoa powder
1tbsp / 15g chocolate protein powder or additional cocoa powder
1 large orange peeled, pips removed
250g silken tofu, drained

Method:

Place the chocolate and almond milk in a pan and gently heat to melt.

Put the melted chocolate with the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon into four ramekins and decorate with a little orange zest if wished.

This can be frozen for up 1 month or kept in the fridge for 3-4 days.
