WEEK 2 STRETCH: Wall Stretch
1. Lie on your back with your backside against the wall. Extend your legs up the wall and open them up.
2. Spread your legs as much as you can without bending your knees or pushing too far and stretch for one to two minutes while pulsing your feet toward the wall.
