Adriene Mishler is one of the most popular yoga teachers on YouTube; her most watched video is 20 minutes on ‘Yoga for Complete Beginners’. She offers lots of different specialised classes, like ‘Yoga For Anxiety’ and ‘Yoga For Runners’.
Used in homes and schools internationally, the videos on this Youtube channel are made for kids – with a focus on yoga, mindfulness, stories and relaxation. There’s an interactive adventure element that helps keep children interested whilst they build strength balance and confidence.

Jessamyn Stanley is a yoga instructor and a body activist on a mission to promote self esteem and defy stereotypes about who can do yoga. Yoga helped her personally overcome depression and body negativity and she is SUPER empowering. Her videos mostly focus on specific poses, but she also has a couple of classes and inspirational talks.
