We spoke to Connie Manglaviti, Marketing & Product Development at Naturally Good, about why the low FODMAP diet is important to their brand.
Tell us about your company.
Naturally Good began in 1986 with a family’s love of natural food products. So the making and baking began! Today the Manglaviti and Montalto families continue the tradition at Naturally Good, using wholesome natural ingredients to create a wide range of wheat and gluten free products, including cookies, biscuits and snacks.
Why low FODMAP?
As a brand we love to create products that enhance people’s lives and give them a reason to smile, so creating FODMAP Friendly products was a natural progression for us, and of course all supported by the ground breaking work into IBS and FODMAPs. We have also been inspired by our own family members living with allergies and IBS, thus the creation of our popular Munchy Muesli Cookies (FODMAP Friendly Certified). Naturally Good Munchy Muesli Cookies are not only free from, but also tasty, which is an important part of our brand. Getting this right for our customers is very important to us!
The best part of my job at Naturally Good is creating products that resonate with our customers helping them live their own naturally good life! As a member of the Naturally Good team, I find this most rewarding.
