We will meet you at the start of your journey, give you a tailored plan and exclusive access to all the Healthy Made Simple recipes and follow your progress through the Autumn! As we reach publication you will be invited to a special Healthly Made Simple event as we will share your story and how the recipes have helped you live more healthily and feel better.
