Meet the brand: Kez’s Kitchen

As part of IBS Awareness Month, we spoke to low FODMAP brand Kez’s Kitchen about why they set up a brand to help those with dietary requirements.

 

Who are we?

Kez’s Kitchen is a proud Australian family business that started in 1991 in Kez’s kitchen. Together with her mother Helen, Kez had a vision to build something special, and word got around – their biscuits were delicious! In 1994 her brother Michael joined them, and they put their hearts and souls into developing delicious recipes that the whole family could enjoy.

 

Why develop low FODMAP goods?

At Kez’s Kitchen we have been baking to suit all our family members for a very long time, so we know what it means to be inclusive and we’re passionate about making sure that food intolerances don’t get in the way of flavours everyone loves.

 

Our products

Our Kez’s Kitchen Free biscuit range and our Kez’s Kitchen Free Cinnamon and Superseeds cereal are all FODMAP certified.  Our “FODMAP friendly” certification allows those following a low FODMAP diet to identify which of our products are safe to eat.

 

Our mantra

We pride ourselves on making good food for all, made honestly with love. In our kitchen no-one misses out.
